That isn’t Tails. It’s Nine from Sonic Prime (who is Tails but different universe) who wears clothes. And if you read the dialogue Tails mentions that they cheated somehow because they won. Also, That’s not Knuckles. It’s Renegade Knucks from Sonic Prime
Really the only one who doesn’t fully sense is sonic what with him being his normal self (minus all the stuff from Sonic Prime). But even regardless they have gloves, shoes, and I imagine socks as well.
